Being There

The Obama campaign flew their boss back from vacation a day early to attend a photo-op at FEMA headquarters to give voters the illusion, that unlike George W. Bush during Hurricane Katrina, President Barack Obama was personally running the relief effort for Hurricane Irene. However, after giving a few perfunctory remarks, an obviously disinterested President appeared lost in his own thoughts:


Perhaps an aide had just notified the President that his Gallup job disapproval level had just reached a new high.
